Resurrection of the body: Jesus gives a new body that will lives forever

  • Job 19:25–26 For I know that my Redeemer lives, And He shall stand at last on the earth; And after my skin is destroyed, this I know, That in my flesh I shall see God

The continuation of life: Jesus gives eternal life that never ends

  • Psalm 23:4–6 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.

Are you afraid to die? Are you enjoying your eternal life?

The measure of our believing is not the measure of our possessing, but the measure of our believing can be the measure of our enjoyment of what we possess.

2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
